Mac Dwyer is a pastor, theologian, teacher, speaker, and worship leader with nearly thirty years of experience serving the local church. He is passionate about helping people discover the larger story of God and understand their place within it, seeing not only what Scripture says, but why it matters and how it shapes the way we live, lead, and follow Jesus today.

Throughout his ministry, Mac has served in a wide range of pastoral and leadership roles, including preaching, teaching, worship leadership, discipleship, theological education, leadership development, ministry strategy, church multiplication, and pastoral care. His ministry experience and calling equip him to help people experience the power and presence of God, be formed by His Word, and live faithfully in the world.

At his core, Mac is a pastor. His work is deeply rooted in the conviction that Scripture is not merely a collection of isolated principles or stories, but the unfolding story of God’s redemption of the world through Jesus Christ. A story which continues to unfold through His people.  He helps people read the Bible faithfully, recognize the Kingdom of God at work throughout its pages, and apply its truth in ways that form them into the image of Christ. In a culture often marked by noise, confusion, and shallow answers, Mac brings biblical clarity, theological depth, practical wisdom, and a steady pastoral presence. He believes transformation comes as people are formed by God’s Word and empowered by His Spirit. This transformation results in growth not only in knowledge but also in peace, courage, holiness, and a deeper awareness of God’s presence in everyday life.

Over the years, Mac has coached and mentored ministry leaders, pastors, worship leaders, and emerging communicators. He is passionate about helping leaders develop healthy theology, clear vision, sustainable ministry practices, and messages that faithfully communicate Scripture to real people. His work with churches and leaders centers on preaching and teaching development, doctrinal clarity, leadership formation, worship and gathering culture, and strategic alignment around the mission of God.
